Sunday Best: My friend Tanner

As from Melissa's last post (and many of our other posts) you all know how much we like to travel. Our latest adventure was to Washington D.C. It was a great trip but Melissa and I decided our favorite part of the trip was the pit stop we took at the beginning of our trip to Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. It is home to Tanner and his family. Tanner is only three years old but I consider him one of my good friends even though I haven't known him that long. This post is dedicated to him and the great memories we had together. I can't wait until he comes to visit us in Utah!

Probably my favorite memory of Tanner is at the Mall. I was supposed to be watching him while his Dad was changing Landon's diaper. (Tanner's little brother) I don't think I'll be a very authoritative parent. Melissa has to keep me in line as well as all of our primary kids.

It was way more fun taking pictures and videos of him playing with the automatic sanitizer dispenser than telling him to stop. He is one funny kid.

Here's a video of Tanner in action at the mall. I didn't do a very good job filming it because I was laughing so hard. I pretend to tell him he should stop but deep down I was encouraging it.

But more than being fun, smart, and a riot to hang out with, I was super impressed with his demeanor and spirituality. His parents are doing an awesome job and I hope to be as good as them someday. We really look up to them. Here he is expounding upon the word. He has an extensive knowledge of the Book of Mormon.
