I know I say this every year, but Thanksgiving Eve Pie Night could easily be my favorite thing about Thanksgiving. What's not to love about a night with family and endless pie before the big feast? Plus, stuffing our faces with soup and pie was a great way to celebrate closing on our house earlier that afternoon. This year, all the Sundays were around and we were lucky enough to have Grandma and Grandpa Wilson and Aunt Margaret here from Oregon.
