We claim to be hikers, but it seems like every time we plan to go hiking, something gets in the way. And it just seems to get trickier now with our children. We wanted to take this hike when we were on our Sunday family reunion, but it never happened. So Labor Day was the perfect day for it!
It wasn't easy getting here. Evelyn screamed the entire drive and we were so tempted to turn around. But we are glad we didn't. The hike was beautiful as signs of Fall scattered the trail. Evelyn was happy as could be and Blake could have lived on the rocks near the waterfall forever. We will definitely be going back to North Fork Park again.
