I wasn't expecting this to be our first post from our DC trip but on our shuttle ride from the parking lot to the terminal I happened to sit next to Randy Rigby (the president of the Jazz organization.)
I asked him where he was going and he replied, "Las Vegas"
I said "is there any reason you're going to Vegas that might interest us as Jazz fans?"
He immediately replied that he was going to see Jimmer followed by a chuckle (Freudian slip or Rigby humor?)
Anyway our conversation was good. We talked about the season and how he's excited for the future and how sad he is that the jazz aren't in the playoffs and how his wife is really happy they aren't. He even apologized saying a lot of this seasons woes were his fault and how hard they tried to keep Jerry around. Anyway, thought you'd be interested.
Is the Jimmer coming to his home away from home......?
