My sister Sarah hosted her 2nd annual "MLK-I Have a Dream Breakfast." Blake and I had most of the day to fill until Brandon got off work, so we ventured down to Provo for it. We had a delicious french toast bar and then shared stories of an African American who has inspired our life or one who has fulfilled Martin Luther King, Jr's dream. Did you know that the inventor of the ice cream scoop was African American?
