3.14 = pie day

March is full of festive activities for our family. Within one week, we have Pie Day, St. Patrick's Day, and Brandon's Birthday. Plus, with Easter being so early this year, it's going to be one full month of parties!

We started off with Pie Day. This year, I got extra festive and made "Shephards Pie" for dinner. It's not even that amazing, but it sure was festive. Since was so nice outside, we had a Pie-Day picnic with our little family.

Then our friends the Eves came over for a little pie party. They brought an amazing Dutch Apple pie and we had mini pies, aka a tart bar. Needless to say, we were all a little sugared out by the end of the night. The homemade lemon filling was our favorite!
